Connect with The Earth, Your Body & Live in The Moment: we all need a good connection with the Earth – or good grounding – to function well and thrive in our lives. However, being ungrounded is very common and happens so unconsciously that many of us (and our customers) don’t even recognise that’s the problem.
Signs of being ungrounded include feeling chaotic, disorganised, easily distracted, difficulty with focus, concentration and memory, fears about physical survival, daydreaming,dwelling on the past or over-thinking, and disconnection from your physical body and physical needs.

News Update: A Busy January
31st January 2024
We've been a bit quiet recently on the latest news page, but that's not to say that there's not been a lot going on! January has been a busy month for us with a lot going on behind the scenes, from newsletter updates, to new postage and workshop plans.....
Newsletters: Firstly we have been busy updating our email newsletters [ Retail ]. With a new year comes change and we thought we would start 2024 by refreshing our ‘Essences for Sharing’ newsletter. We've added tips for consciously working with Essences, related Essences, and more as well as changing the name to ‘Essences for the Inner Journey [ Retail ]’. We feel that this new name better expresses what the newsletter is all about nowand we hope that you like it!
Postage: we have also updated many of our international postal rates, and as we've moved to new Royal Mail dispatch codes, some of the prices have even gone down a little, which is great news.
Orders: as well as sending out a lot of orders to you all, we've also been busy completing a large order for our distributor in Chile, which is now nearly finished!
Moving Forward: We also have some exciting plans moving forward, including our next E-Light Zoom call and some new workshops coming along.

Essences for Intuition and Inner Knowing

We all have an innate sense of inner knowing, but from a very young age most of us have been taught that analytic reasoning and external sources of information have more value than our own intuition.
This means that listening to your inner knowing and trusting your intuition doesn't always feel comfortable. However, a clear connection with your inner knowing is essential for following your unique path, navigating change gracefully, and making decisions easefully. What's more, the knowledge and wisdom that you need to guide you as you expand in consciousness comes from your soul via your heart. New Bach Flower Remedy Labels
10th March 2022
We delighted to say that our newly redesigned labels for our Bach Flower Remedies are now finished! Each label now has a new look and feel and each one features an image of the flower itself. The positive qualities of the Bach Flower Remedies are subtly transmitted through the images so the new labels give you a lovely new way to connect with their energy. The essences are still exactly the same - hand poured with love and care according to Dr Bach's original instructions. We hope you will love these colourful and vibrant new labels as much as we do! More information coming soon, but in the meantime you can find our new labels in the shop.
Small Price Increase
10th March 2022
As we mentioned in our recent newsletter, we are having to have a small price increase. Since our last price increase in 2018 the world has changed a lot, and so have all of our costs. So although it's not something that we like to do ( or do often for that matter! ), we have had to implement a modest price increase so that we can at least try and keep everything in balance. We hope that you will continue to enjoy selling our range of Flower, Gem & Crystal Essences as much as we enjoy making them for you. And as ever, if you need any help or advice, please do be in contact and we'd be pleased to help.

Christmas Opening Times...
20th December 2021
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week and we are closing for Christmas at the end of the day on Thursday 23rd December.
After that we'll be here for essence advice and to process your orders on 29th and 30th December. We will be closed on New Years Eve and on New Year’s Day and then back to our usual opening times from Tuesday 4th January 2021.

New Aura Sprays Shop Page

We've created a new page in the shop where you can find all of the different aura sprays that we offer. Essences in spray form do work slighlty differently; when you use an Essence in your auric field it can have an especially quick acting effect and so they are particularly helpful when you feel temporarily out of balance or off centre.

Try Our New Essence Sprays!

We are now offering a spray version of our much loved Angel Essences and Archangel & Ascended Master Essences. These lovely essences can be used in the auric field, as a space clearing spray or taken internally. When Essences are used in the auric field they can have a very quick acting effect and can be very helpful when you feel in need of re-balancing or would like to atune yourself to a particular energy or frequency.
