What is Dropshipping?

Drop-shipping is a popular service that enables anyone to sell products to their customers without needing to stock the items themselves. The orders get fulfilled by the manufacturer who ships the product directly to the customer.

Here at Crystal Herbs, we offer a drop-shipping service for wholesalers which means you can sell all our essences without having to keep all of them in stock. This is convenient if you don't hold a lot of stock, sell essences through a web shop, or sell essences through third party sellers like eBay, Amazon etc.

The drop-shipping service enables you to order as and when required and we’ll ship the order directly to your customer. If you would like to use this service while ordering online, simply complete your customer’s name and address in the shipping address section during the payment process. If you’re ordering by phone simply request that we send the order directly to your customer. We will then ship the order directly to your customer with a note saying it’s from you and we’ll send the invoice/ receipt to you.

For drop-shipping orders outside the UK please provide email address and phone number for your customer since this is required by the UK postal service in order to leave the country. If your order is going to Europe by courier we are also required to provide the VAT or TIN number for your customer as well as their EORI number if they have one to ease delivery through customs.

N.B. If the delivery country is outside the UK no VAT is added to your order but the recipient will be required to pay VAT in Europe or local tax/duties for the rest of the world.

• We ship the order directly to your customer with a note saying it’s from you, saving you time packing and dispatching the order. You receive a copy of the invoice but your customer does not.
